To ensure that our customers can continue to use our services with peace of mind, and to proactively address the ever-increasing risk of unauthorized access, we have decided to temporarily suspend our system in order to enhance our IT security.
2. Regarding the Handling of Member Information
As part of our efforts to strengthen system security, we are reviewing our procedures for handling member information.
In line with these updated policies, member information will be appropriately deleted.
3. Regarding Existing Reservations
Information for reservations already made will be retained for the duration necessary to provide our transportation services.
Once the service has been completed, this information will be securely deleted in accordance with guidelines on the Personal Information Protection Act and our company’s Privacy Policy.
